In my library I have at least a hundred books about sales, marketing, business development, etc. And all of them are filled with wisdom, ideas, revolutionary concepts, and generally great advice. Yes, it is actually that simple. And except for increasing prices, it’s all about customers, which will be the common thread in this book. Finding and retaining loyal customers is the key for all business success. That’s why, in this book, we will explore the opportunities that all businesses have to grow either through their existing customers, or by finding new customers or markets.
